What is included in your wedding photography packages?
Planning a wedding is an exciting and busy time, and choosing the right photographer to capture the memories is an important decision. To help make that decision easier, we’d like to provide more information about what’s included in our wedding photography packages.
First and foremost, all of our packages include the time and talent of an experienced photographer (or in some cases photographers) on your wedding day. We understand that this is a once-in-a-lifetime event and we’re committed to providing the highest level of service and capturing every special moment.
Our packages include the following:
– A pre-wedding consultation to discuss your photography needs and plan for the day. This isn’t limited to the one meeting so if you feel multiple are needed, not a problem at all!
– We don’t use a set number of hours of coverage on the wedding day, we go off key event to ensure we capture all of the most important moments to you.
– Professional editing and retouching of the final images, to provide you with beautiful and polished photos.
– A password-protected online gallery where you can view, download and share your images with friends and family. With option prints offered if needed.
– A set of digital images that can be downloaded and printed, giving you the flexibility to use your images however you’d like.
– All bookings include an album, so that you can display your beautiful memories in your home. With the option to upgrade to a larger album if 8x8inches isn’t right for you.
We understand that every wedding is unique and that’s why we offer customised packages to meet your specific needs. Our goal is to make your wedding photography experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Can we request specific shots or poses during the wedding itself?
Your wedding day is all about you and your partner, and it’s important to us that your unique love story is captured through our photography. One of the questions we often receive from our clients is whether they can request specific shots or poses during their wedding photo shoot.
The answer is a resounding yes! We are here for you and ensure that your memories are captured exactly how you want them to be. Whether it’s a specific pose, a particular location, or a shot of a family heirloom, we encourage you to share your ideas and vision with us during your pre-wedding consultation.
We recommend making a list of ‘must-have’ photos or special moments that you’d like to capture on your wedding day. This can include group shots, family portraits, or intimate moments between the two of you. We will do our best to make sure these shots are captured.
We are experienced in capturing candid, natural shots that tell the story of your wedding day. However, if there are specific shots that are important to you, we will make sure they are captured and included in your final images.
We are here to make your wedding photography experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or specific requests, please let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
How long does it take to receive our wedding photos after the big day?
Another one of the most common questions we receive from our clients is about the timeline for receiving their wedding photos. As a newlywed couple, we understand that you will be eager to see and share the memories of your special day with family and friends.
Our standard turnaround time for delivering the final images is 3-4 weeks after your wedding. However, we understand that waiting can be difficult, which is why we offer a sneak peek of some of your photos within a few days of the event. This is a great opportunity for you to share a few of your favourite images on social media and give your friends and family a glimpse of your special day.
In our experience of this fast-pace and ‘instantaneous’ day and age, allowing for a bit of time to actually process your big day mentally means the photos act as a reminder a few weeks later. We also love having an ‘in-person’ viewing rather than just sending a link. It’s great to be able to relive the moments and share in real life at the studio or in your own home.
The process of editing and retouching your photos is a time-consuming one, and we want to ensure that each image is of the highest quality. We edit all of our images in house and carefully review each image make any necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible result.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, such as for a wedding album or a special project, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We’re committed to providing you with stunning images that capture the joy and beauty of your wedding day. If you have any questions or concerns about the timeline for receiving your images, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

How do you handle group photos and family portraits during the wedding day?
Group photos and family portraits are an important part of your wedding day, and it’s important to make sure that everyone is captured in the memories of your special day. During the planning process, we’ll work with you to determine which group shots and family portraits are most important to you and make sure that they’re included in the schedule for your wedding day.
We are experienced in working with large groups and making sure that everyone is positioned and lit in the best way possible. We recommend having a designated family member or friend who can help round up the groups and ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. This job is usually a best man or head brides maid.
We typically recommend scheduling the family portraits and group shots for right after the ceremony, when everyone is looking their best and in a festive mood. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
In addition to traditional group shots, we also love to capture candid moments and interactions between family and friends during the preparations of said photos. These can be some of the most memorable images from your wedding day, and we’ll be sure to capture all the special moments that you’ll want to remember.
