Nowadays most photos taken are digital but it hasn’t always been that way. Photos come in many different forms and require a different approach to digitise. This ranges from a simple scan of a print to shooting a backlit glass plate negative with a DSLR. In any case we can help you make the best decisions with digitisation and restoration.
Old photos can get a damaged in a variety of ways, some photos that seem too far gone can often be fully or at least partially saved with the magic of Photoshop. Our services include but are not limited to the following.
You can either scan your photo from home with some guidance from us or we can take care of everything from scanning, repairing/restoration to printing – so you don’t have to worry. We keep you up to date through the whole process with progress pictures along the way!
We charge £25 an hour for all of our restoration services. Many of our services individually take considerably less than an hour. Larger more complicated restoration may take a number of hours.
