Nepal – Past and Present
20th August – 26th August 2015
Oxford Street Studio would like to proudly present: ‘Nepal – Past and Present” by local Photographer John Nutley.
The recent earthquakes in Nepal have caused irreparable damage to the country’s cultural heritage, and have even changed the landscape.
The photographs in this exhibition were taken in October and November 1987. Some are compared with press photos and other images taken during and after the Earthquakes, showing the extent of the devastation.
25% of all sales will be donated to help the people of Nepal to rebuild their country.
‘Nepal – Past and Present’ will be on display from 20th August through to 26th August at Oxford Street Studio, 19 Oxford Street, Brighton, BN1 4LA (Free admission). 10.00 – 18.00 daily.
